We use the most reliable and safest shipping services to ship out your order. Once you have placed your order, generally the order ships out within 2-3 business days fully insured with its tracking number provided to you via email. This is for basic systems, individual fans, controllers or mounting supplies.  Extreme systems are custom built to order and can take 4-5 business days to be built and then shipped.  Please refer to the product page for more details on build time.

In cases where an item is out of stock, on back order, or is a special order, we will notify you via email with an approximate ETA where you will have the option of waiting or canceling your order.

Free Shipping for Contiguous US States on most items*.  (No Free Shipping for PO Boxes for Full Systems, Full Fan Units or Radiators, you will have to choose a Postal Service shipping option at checkout)  Hawaii and Alaska, some items can ship for free, but most full fan systems will not, it is best to contact us prior to ordering to find out which. *Some larger items will have a flat $15.00 Oversize fee due to rising fuel costs and UPS Surcharges.

Any orders over $500.00 will have a signature required for delivery.  All sales are considered final.

If you have placed your order, but have not yet received status information, and it has been more than 3 business days please contact us immediately for information about your order.

PO Box Users:  Please be advised that we cannot ship Full Systems, Full Fan Units or Radiators to PO boxes for free.  If you want it shipped to a PO Box, you will have to choose one of the Post Office selections and pay for shipping.  A physical address is needed for free shipping.

Returns:  Should an item need to be returned, you must first contact us with an explanation and obtain an Return Authorization number.  Returns are determined by a case by case situation and are at the discretion of the FFD Management.   Returns will not be accepted for items that have been used/installed, modified/missing parts and/or wired up.  Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the buyer.   Because of our Free Shipping Policy, any returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.  Returns will only be considered within 30 days of purchase.   Custom built, hand built, one off systems are non returnable, so please be sure your information is correct when you give build information.     ***Any retainers for items shipped prior to warrantied items being returned, if the faulty item is not returned back within 14 days after new item is sent out, the retainer will become payment for the item and will not be refundable.  

We at FF DYNAMICS LLC have taken a completely different route and made our own rules for warranty.  We build radiators for race cars, and we warranty our radiators when put inside a race car.  Our warranty is the best we have seen yet from any radiator company.  Be it a stock car, slightly modified or full out race car, we will warranty it if our build quality fails.  Run a full out 500WHP 10 second car and spring a leak because a weld broke and guess what, we will honor the warranty and take care of the problem.  This is unheard of from any company that builds performance parts.  Now you ask how long is the warranty?  Guess what?  It is twice the time of most other manufacturers,  unlike most of the big name companies who offer 1 year limited.

2 Year Warranty on build quality of the radiator towards the original purchaser from authorized dealers.  Radiators that have been modified are not eligible for warranty.

Ultra Cooling Fans: Lifetime Warranty** on the Ultra Cooling Fans against Manufacturers Defects towards the original purchaser on the original fan(s) purchased from authorized dealers, provided buyers fill out and send in their warranty card and register their product within 30 days of purchase.  (**1 Year for commercial use vehicles and stationary ventilation systems.)  Fan motors that have been opened or tampered with are not eligible for warranty.  Fan blades or cages that have been modified are not eligible for warranty.  Lifetime warranty is toward the original item purchased.  Lifetime warranty does not include replacement, repaired or refurbished parts. The warranty will only carry to the original item purchased, it will not carry to a replacement item from a warrantied part.  Warrantied replacement items will carry a standard 6 month warranty starting at shipment date.  

FFD-LSD: FF Dynamics is in no way, shape or form responsible for incorrect installation causing damage or irresponsible handling of unit causing harm.  Buyers expressly affirm that they are relying upon their own skill or judgment to select and purchase an FFD-LSD limited slip conversion kit. Warranties are void against incorrect installation, or modifications done to FFD-LSD units.

Temp. Control Module: 1 Year from purchase date - **Stripped POTs on the control module are due to user abuse because of too much force past the dial end points and are therefore NOT covered under warranty!** Towards the original purchaser from authorized dealers.  Modules that have been opened or modified are not eligible for warranty.

Evacuator Fans: 1 Year from purchase date.

ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR CARD, YOU WILL BE CONTACTED VIA EMAIL WITH YOUR CONFIRMATION W#.  EVERYONE WHO SENDS IN A CARD TO US RECEIVES THIS NUMBER.  IF YOU SENT IN YOUR CARD AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED THIS NUMBER, IT IS UP TO YOU TO CONTACT US WITHIN 7 DAYS (AFTER YOU SENT IN THE CARD) TO CONFIRM RECEIPT OF YOUR WARRANTY CARD AND WARRANTY NUMBER.  DO NOT WAIT TO CONTACT US UNTIL YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH ONE OF OUR ITEMS, STATING THAT YOU "NEVER RECEIVED A NUMBER, BUT I SENT IN THE CARD"  THIS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSES FOR NOT HAVING A WARRANTY NUMBER WILL BE ACCEPTED.  IT IS UP TO OUR BUYERS TO TAKE 2 MINUTES OUT OF THEIR DAY WHEN THEY RECEIVE OUR PRODUCT TO FILL OUT THE WARRANTY CARD AND SEND IT IN & TO FOLLOW UP WITH US IF THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE NUMBER WITHIN 10 DAYS OF SENDING THE CARD IN.

WE HAVE THIS WARRANTY POLICY BECAUSE WE SELL NEW WITH WARRANTY AND THEN WE SELL REFURBISHED AND USED PRODUCTS THAT DO NOT HAVE A WARRANTY.  AND CERTAIN LAND BASED DEALERS HAVE DIFFERENT WARRANTIES.  SO THIS IS THE ONLY WAY WE HAVE TO KNOW WHAT YOU PURCHASED AND WHAT YOUR WARRANTY IS IF YOU HAVE ONE.  THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING.

IF YOU FAILED TO COMPLY WITH OUR WARRANTY POLICY AND/OR CANNOT PROVIDE A W#, WE WILL STILL HELP YOU OUT AS BEST WE CAN ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS.  HOWEVER, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY FOR ALL SHIPPING CHARGES.  THAT INCLUDES SHIPPING THE ITEM TO US AND YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THE REPAIRED OR REPLACED PRODUCT TO BE SHIPPED BACK TO YOU.  YOU MAY ALSO BE SUBJECT TO A SMALL SERVICE CHARGE.

All products, equipment and parts sold by FF Dynamics LLC, either directly to its customers, or indirectly from its suppliers or distributors to their customers, are warranted, to the original end-user purchaser who receives the original, unaltered product, to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for; 2 years for radiators, 1 year for control units, 1 year for LSD units and 1 year for evacuation fans; from the date of sale to the purchaser, when installed properly and used normally and in accordance with written operation instructions. No other express or implied warranty is given, and no affirmation of FF Dynamics LLC, by words or action, will constitute a warranty.

This limited warranty is conditioned upon proper use of the product by purchaser and applies only to products manufactured by or for FF Dynamics LLC that can be identified by the FF Dynamics LLC trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to them. This limited warranty does not apply to or cover: (a) defects or damage caused by or resulting from external causes including, but not limited to, accident, carrier handling, improper packaging in shipment; abuse, misuse, neglect, unusual physical stress, cosmetic damage, flood, fire, earthquake or other natural disasters; (b) normal wear and tear; (c) any modification of any part of the product; (d) damage caused by using the product outside the permitted or intended uses described by FF Dynamcis LLC or the written instructions; (e) malfunctions resulting from the use of the product in conjunction with accessories, products or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by FF Dynamcis LLC; (f) defects or damage caused by improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation or adjustment; or (g) defects or damage caused by installation and/or service performed by anyone who is not authorized by FF Dynamics LLC.

Each purchaser agrees and acknowledges that the use, installation and/or operation of the products shall be at purchaser’s own risk and may result in severe injury, death and/or damage to persons or real and/or personal property.

No FF Dynamics LLC supplier, distributor, officer, agent or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, change or amendment to this limited warranty without the express prior written consent and authorization by FF Dynamics LLC.

FF Dynamics LLC reserves the right to make improvements or changes to its products at any time, without incurring any obligation to purchasers, suppliers, distributors or customers who previously purchased products directly or indirectly from FF Dynamics LLC.

Except as set forth in the express warranty contained herein, purchaser takes the product "as is". 

There are no express or implied warranties or conditions beyond those stated in this limited warranty statement. FF Dynamics LLC disclaims all other warranties and conditions, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the warranty of merchantability of the products and their fitness for any particular purpose.

Nothing contained in any written instructions or written instruction or operation manual or catalog shall be construed to create a warranty of any kind whatsoever with respect to the product.

In addition, to the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, FF Dynamics LLC shall not be liable for any injury or damage to persons or property of any kind, or from any loss of time, inconvenience, or loss of use, including any consequential, incidental or special damages arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the use, installation and/or performance of the product or products, whether suffered by supplier, distributor, customer, purchaser or any other party, and regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based, even if FF Dynamics LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Without otherwise limiting the foregoing, in no event shall recovery of any kind against FF Dynamics LLC be greater in amount than the purchase price of the product. This warranty gives you limited specific legal rights.

Warranty Terms

This limited warranty represents the complete and exclusive agreement covering this subject matter between FF Dynamics LLC and purchaser and supersedes any prior agreements and/or communications regarding the subject matter hereof. The terms of this limited warranty shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of PA, without regard to any conflict of law principle that would result in the laws of any other jurisdiction governing this limited warranty. Any action or proceeding arising out of this limited warranty shall be litigated in the PA Superior Court located in Harrisburg, PA. Each purchaser purchasing any product from FF Dynamics LLC, directly or indirectly, shall be deemed to consent and submit to the jurisdiction of the state court located in Harrisburg, PA. If any term or provision contained in this limited warranty is determined to be unenforceable in any respect, the enforceability of the term or provision in any other respect and of the remaining terms and provisions of this limited warranty shall not be impaired. This limited warranty shall not extend to anyone other than the original purchaser of the product(s) and shall be purchaser’s exclusive remedy. Each purchaser acknowledges that this limited warranty will always be construed to be limited by its terms to the greatest extent as the law permits.
